Refund/Vouchers/Rebooking

We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to providing a smooth and straightforward refund process for cancelled or missed trips. Please follow the steps listed to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

• Cancelled Trips: If your trip was cancelled by either yourself (two hours ahead of flight time) or by us (due to weather, and other unforeseen circumstances), you are eligible for a full refund.
• Missed Trips: If you missed your scheduled trip (e.g., due to being late or other personal reasons), or did not cancel your trip within the two-hour flight window, we can offer a voucher of the same value to use towards a future flight.
• Rebooking: We are able to rebook you on any flight of the same value with no extra charge. Rebooking to a flight of greater cost will require the customer to cover the difference.

Processing Your Refund

Refunds will typically be processed within 3-5 business days.

Vouchers will be released the next day after processing the cancellation.

Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
